PAYMENT POLICY

ALL orders over ($50.00), will be shipped to the "Billing Address" linked to the Credit/Debit card.

SHIPPING POLICY

LUXGLAMCO processes all orders Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Normal delivery and transit is

2-5 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, closed business hours). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when LUXGLAMCO has shipped your order. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, LUXGlam Co. is not responsible for any returned, lost, held, or damaged packages. LUXGLAMCO is not responsible for incorrect shipping info or for mis-delivery errors via carrier. Shipping is a service you purchase from (USPS/UPS/FedEx) along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by (USPS/UPS/FedEx). In case your shipment is returned, lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

RETURN POLICY

There are no returns allowed. All sales are final. You are advised to investigate your country's rules and regulations regarding the products you are interested in purchasing before placing your order. LUXGLAMCO will not be responsible for any difficulties encountered with the importation of our products.
