  • ALL sales are final. NO refunds/exchanges.

  • ALL orders over ($50.00), will be shipped to the "Billing Address" linked to the Credit/Debit card.

  • Important: We are not responsible for returned, lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping info or for mis-delivery errors via carrier. Shipping is a service you purchase from (USPS/UPS/FedEx) along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by (USPS/UPS/FedEx). In case your shipment is returned, lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.

  • ALL "eyelash product" orders are shipped with USPS Priority 2-4 day delivery + Delivery Confirmation.

  • ALL "furniture" orders are shipped from the manufacturer with USPS/UPS/FedEx 3-7 day delivery + Confirmation (NO delivery to P.O Box).

  • ALL "Free Shipping" orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail 3-7 day delivery.

  • Shipping fee(s) are determined by package weight.

IN-STORE PICKUP

  • In-store pick-up is available in Miami, FL (Mon-Sat).

  • ALL purchases must be completed online and a pick-up Date/Time must be scheduled.

  • After your order is completed text (321) 236-2916, with your (Name & Order # ) to confirm your pick-up time.

  • "Furniture" orders are NOT available for "In-store Pick-up".

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.

  • ALL "International" orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail 6-14 day delivery + Delivery Confirmation.

  • NO "International" shipping for "Beauty Equipment" orders.

  • Shipping fee(s) are determined by package weight.
