MICROBLADING AFTERCARE

 

Who is NOT a candidate for Microblading??

  • Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen and any vitamins that may thin your blood for 24 hours.   

  • Avoid face scrubs or chemical peels at least 2 weeks after procedure. 

  • Clean brows using a q-tip lightly moisten with distilled water 2 hours after the procedure. 

  • Gently wipe away any "lymphatic liquid" (clear yellowish liquid) that may have built up on your brows. 

  • Lightly dry brows with tissue and use new q-tip to re-apply healing balm.

  • For the first 5-7 days apply a light layer of healing balm to your brows morning and night. 

  • Avoid over apply healing balm. 

  • When washing your face avoid brows and gently clean around them. 

  • Avoid applying make-up on the brow area for a minimum of 10 days. (Microbladed area is an open wound, using make-up may cause infections). 

  • Avoid swimming, tanning or saunas for at least 14 days.     

  • What you do after a successful microblading procedure is vital for your healing time

MICROBLADING CONDITIONS

Microblading is not suitable for the following candidates:

  • Using Accutane

  • Using heart medications

  • Have diabetes

  • Have skin disease or irritations 

  • Have had Botox in the last 2 weeks

  • Have received a deep tan or chemical peels in the last 2 weeks

  • Allergic to lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine or epinephrine

  • Has any serious medical conditions

  • Pregnant or nursing

Important: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem not suitable for this procedure or for any other reason. Our permanent make-up technicians make the decision to microblade clients based on their own discretion.
